Dan has been a member of Canadian Lakes since its start in 1962. His Uncle Don was the original owner and his family still operates, and develops land within and around the resort. After graduating from CMU with a BS degree in Business, he taught school and coached at the local high schools, before moving to Canadian Lakes. He currently owns three pieces of property and lives full time on the Highlands Golf Course. He has served on numerous committees and associations. This will mark Dan's twenty-fifth year of selling real estate in Canadian Lakes and the surrounding area.

 Denise grew up in Livonia, MI and also resided in Novi. In 1993, she received her Real Estate License and began working for a Realty firm in Livonia. She then moved on to New Home Sales with a Residential Builder in Northville, working in the communities of “Brooklane Ridge” & “Northville Hills Golf Club” until 2006, when her Husband’s job took them to Scottsdale, AZ.
Upon their return to Michigan in August of 2008, Denise & Don became full time residents of Canadian Lakes, currently residing in the Royal South community. As long time members of Canadian Lakes, they have enjoyed the amenities the community has to offer, especially golf! Denise & Don have two adult sons, Scott and Justin, plus their two Golden Retrievers. Denise looks forward to assisting you in the sale or purchase of real estate, with professionalism & integrity.

I have had the pleasure of living and working in the Canadian Lakes/Mecosta County area for over 22 years.  I began my career with Canadian Lakes Development over 20 years ago successfully selling property and have worked in various capacities since then.  I join the Century 21 office 6 years ago and have enjoyed the opportunity to use my knowledge of the area to the best advantage of my clients.  My husband, Dan, and I take advantage of the many outdoor activities West Michigan has to offer...it truly is a great place to live!   With my three children in or graduated from college, I can fully dedicate my time and energy to buyers and sellers.  I look forward to hearing from you.  

Judy has been a broker at Canadian Lakes since 1971. She is an officer and owner of Canadian Lakes Dev. Co., which was started by her father, Don Bollman. She was an owner of St. Ives Resort, managing broker of White House Realty and owner/Associate Broker of C21-White House Realty she has 40 years of experience in all aspects of land/home sales and development at Canadian Lakes. Judy has served on the Chippewa Hills School Board eight years and one term as a Mecosta County Commissioner.
