Dan has been a member of Canadian Lakes since its start in 1962. His Uncle Don was the original owner and his family still operates, and develops land within and around the resort. After graduating from CMU with a BS degree in Business, he taught school and coached at the local high schools, before moving to Canadian Lakes. He currently owns three pieces of property and lives full time on the Highlands Golf Course. He has served on numerous committees and associations. This will mark Dan's twenty-third year of selling real estate in Canadian Lakes and the surrounding area.

Patsy has enjoyed living and working in the Canadian Lakes area for over 20 years. She began her career with Canadian Lakes Development over 18 years ago successfully selling property and has worked in various capacities since then. She joined the Century 21 office 3 years ago. Patsy graduated from CMU with a Masters degree in Counseling and has served on the Chippewa Hills Board of Education for the past 8 years. She is excited to join the Century 21 sales team as it will give her the opportunity to use her knowledge of Canadian Lakes and the surrounding areas to the best possible advantage of her clients. Patsy and her husband, Dan, enjoy many outdoor activities and have spent many of the last years keeping up with three children, Kyle, Tyler, and Chelsea. With 2 children now in college, Patsy looks forward to having the time needed to fully dedicate herself to her buyers and sellers.

Chris is originally from Lansing Michigan. He moved to the White Cloud area in 2004 with his wife Kathleen and black lab Hannah. Chris spent 14 years in the Army and Army National Guard. He was medically retired after an injury while serving In Iraq in 2003. Chris loves to hunt and fish and spend time outside enjoying everything northern Michigan has to offer for the outdoorsman. Chris is a member of Goodwell Township and served on the board of Review. He enjoys this area and would enjoy helping you with all your real estate needs.
